WDSC 2008 – Delegate Registration - Terms & Conditions
All delegates must be paid in full, prior to the start of the conference. No delegate will be allowed to participate unless full payment has been made.
- Cancellations must be received in writing before 31st July, and will incur an administration charge.
- Cancellations after the 31st July and before 31st August may be reassigned to an alternative delegate name, but no refund will be given.
- No cancellations or amendments will be accepted after the 31st August.
- IBD Member rates are available to current IBD members only, and only apply to the individual member. Not more than one booking may be made under each membership number. (Applications for IBD membership which are received and accepted before the 30th June will confer membership rates to delegate applications.)
- Any non IBD member delegate found to have incorrectly selected the IBD Member rate will be charged at the correct Non-member rate.
- Registering to attend the WDSC 2008 indicates your agreement for your name and contact details to be included in the Delegate List. If you would rather not have your name and contact details shown, you must contact the conference organisers via email emma.negus-king@ibd.org.uk, requesting that your information be withheld.
